About Me

A LEGACY TO REMEMBER

“The power to represent another whose future turns upon my advocacy cannot be treated lightly or arrogantly.

It compels humility; it stretches my humanity.”

ROBERT L. GREER

After three decades of defending insurance companies, manufacturers, and transportation businesses, I have gradually taken on the representation of more and more individuals who have been seriously hurt. It is far more rewarding to represent people instead of balance sheets. But my experience on the defense side of litigation, having learned what insurers look for, permits me to fairly evaluate and settle cases for maximum value without trial. But if trial is needed, well, I’ve done it before — often.
